Once you have browsed the catalogue page and decided what item you would like, you then choose:
1. quantity
2. size (if applicable)
3. colour (if applicable)
Once you have finished making your selection, you simply click the 'add to cart' button.
The information will automatically be recorded at the electronic checkout. Once you have finished shopping, simply click on the 'finalise order' button and you will be taken to the order form. Once there, complete your postage and payment details. You then have the choice to print and post or fax the form or follow the prompts to order instantly with your credit card.
Once you have finalised your order there will be an opportunity for you to printo out your form. Once you have done this, you can fax your order, along with your credit card details to fax no:

Although we try to keep all our shelves adequately stocked, sometimes high demand on one particular colour or item can leave us a little short at times. If this is the case, we will email you as soon as we know and ask you if you would prefer to wait or reselect another colour or item.
For all items that are in stock, these are the realistic, but not definitive estimated times for delivery. Once your parcel has left our office, it is in the hands of the domestic or international postal system and unfortunately we can do nothing to hurry it up. These are quite generous estimates given by Australia post to cover themselves and most times delivery is much quicker. Some Countries for eg: Russia, times could be a week or 2 longer.
ECONOMY - Estimated delivery time is 5-8 days working days.
All orders are sent out by Australia Post. They are usually processed within 72 hours with a postal time of about 2-5 working days depending on where you live.
EXPRESS - Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days.
Most orders are sent out by Australia Post in EXPRESS Post Satchels, some deliveries (not PO boxes) depending on the location can be send by our courier FASTWAYS. They are usually processed within 24 hours (longer over weekends), with a postal time of about 1-2 working days depending on the destination.
EXPRESS ONLY - Estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks.
Orders are sent out via Australia Post. They are usually processed within 72 hours with a postal time of about 7-10 working days depending on the individual country.
Payment can be made securely online, by phone or by mail with Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard. Australian Money orders, Personal and Business Cheques are also accepted and are to be made payable to Hugabub Australia Pty Ltd and mailed to PO Box 685 Byron Bay NSW 2481.

GREAT NEWS: To keep shipping costs at a minimum instinctiveparenting.com has devised a system where shipping is calculated on weight rather than per item costs... which is a great saving to you, particularly when more than one item is purchased. Postage charges will depend on destination country and whether you choose Economy or Express.
The weight of each product has been calculated and will be tallied up at the end of your order. The final calculation includes an average weight of all of the ordered items plus packaging and handling.
FOR EXAMPLE:
To give you an idea of the postage and handling of 1 x hug-a-bub® baby carrier, you would pay:
Australia: Economy = $9.50 and Express = $ 15.50
Europe: Express = $24.90
USA and Canada: Express = $24.90
